Returns policy:
You have 30-days to return items to us to receive full credit. Beyond 30 days you will receive a merchandise credit in the same amount less shipping. 30-days includes the time it requires for it to be shipped to us.
Extended Christmas Returns period:
Christmas: Orders placed in November 2011 have 30 days after Christmas for returns and receive credits using their original payment method. Returns can be made up to 30 days after December 25th, 2011 (last day to return is Jan. 31st, 2012). Please note in order comments your purchase is a Christmas gift.
How to handle returns:
1) Send item to us, insured to the address below. Include a note to let us know what you would like us to do. Exchange (different size or style) or apply a credit to the card you used to make your purchase. If we cannot get the same style we will let you know via email. Keep in mind if you have to exchange, you can buy any other items you want to order and you will not pay any more for shipping. Its a one time charge.
2) Please enclose with your exchange your original order number, if you have it or your last and first name along with your contact information. Email address is best.
3) Order the item FRS1. This can be found by typing FRS1 in the search field. Purchase and add to your cart to cover the expense of sending you your new item(s).
